Please review the service agreement and usage guidelines governing our student admissions counseling and study visa advisory services.
1. Scope of Consultancy Services
Pearls Uni Global Consultants provides academic advising, profile assessments, course and university matching, SOP reviews, coordination for CAS documentation, IELTS/PTE mock preparation, and general student study visa application guidance for destinations including the United Kingdom.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
All visa decisions are solely made by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) or the respective embassies. Pearls Uni Global Consultants provides expert documentation guidance to maximize success probabilities but does not guarantee the approval of any study visa application or university admission under any circumstances.
3. Cash Payment & Fee Policy
Our study-abroad consultation services are completely free of charge. Pearls Uni Global Consultants does not charge or accept cash for its advising services or university admissions. Any required university fee (like CAS deposits) must be deposited directly into the official bank account of the relevant UK university as described in your CAS letter. We hold no liability for any cash payments handed to any staff member.
4. Limitation of Liability
Pearls Uni Global Consultants, its managing directors, and team members shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, university fee deposit issues, or visa refusals arising from the use of our educational advising or reliance on the details on uniglobal.uk.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal and provincial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiniot / Lahore, Pakistan.
